With more than 20 years in the real estate and development industry, Shean comes to Chapman Hall Realtors as a seasoned Realtor with a wealth of experience. A 30-year resident of Atlanta, he holds a professional degree in architecture from Howard University, is the former vice president of a large housing development organization, and is the chair and longest serving member (22 years) of a metro Atlanta planning and zoning commission. In his spare time, Shean enjoys world travel, history, arts and culture, and great food!
