For those of you who do not know me, I am proud to be a lifelong 6th generation Atlanta native. As a BS graduate of Georgia State University, most of my coursework was in Real Estate. In 1971 I began my career in the residential construction business, with the first 10 years as VP of Regency Construction. Co. and for 26 years as CEO of Landers Construction Co., LLC. Having grown up in a real estate family and having been active in residential construction, it was only natural to transition into real estate sales in 2007, after a rewarding and successful 36 years as a contractor. I have always been a people person, and derive great pleasure from my customers’ satisfaction and enjoyment as I serve them! My knowledge of Georgia and its real estate market will be extremely beneficial whether you are a Seller or a Buyer.
